Q: How often are sessions scheduled, and for how long?
Sessions are usually scheduled for once a week. Clients who cannot attend regularly may wish to schedule longer sessions. Sessions are customarily scheduled for 1 hour (50 minutes) to l.5 hours (80 minutes). The frequency and length of sessions may be determined by treatment goals, phase of treatment, and financial considerations. Ultimately, it is the clients decision to determine how long or often sessions should be scheduled.
